The LCP of Water Filter Skid uses the Siemens Touch Screen (TP1500 Comfort Outdoor)with Programming software WinCC V14.
水過濾撬就地控制盤采用西門子觸摸屏(TP1500 Comfort Outdoor)，配以WinCC V14版本編程軟件。
Control authority assign to 2 users to operate in different page respectively.
控制權限分配給2個用戶用以分別操作不同頁面。

Before turn to page must logon with related user account first.
跳轉進入頁面之前必須先登錄相關用戶賬號。
Site operator reported they could not turn to page “OPERATE” after logon with user “opera1” .
現場操作員報告登錄“opera1”賬戶后還是無法進入“OPERATE”頁面。
Site Investigation現場勘查
User Name and Password are correct, the logon status for the account showed on “User” page, but compare with another normal skid, user’s “Group” property change to “Unauthorized”.
用戶名密碼是正確的，賬戶登錄狀態在“User”頁面有顯示，但是與另一個正常機組相對照，用戶的“組”屬性變成了“未授權”。
Malfunction Analysis故障分析
Discussed with Siemens Engineer and check the HMI Program, found in the “Runtime settings > User administration” editor, these “limit for logon attempts” function is enabled as default, and the Maximum trying time of the Password is 3 as default.
與西門子工程師討論并檢查人機界面程序，發現在“運行系統設置>用戶管理”編輯頁面中“登錄嘗試限制”功能被默認啟用，并且錯誤登錄嘗試次數默認為3次。
According to the help document, it’s clear to understand the issue of “turn to page failed” is due to enter the incorrected password accumulated to 3 times. And system automatically moves the user account from original group to “Unauthorized” group, so that the user account lost the authority to access the page.
根據幫助文檔，顯然“跳轉頁面失敗”的問題是由于輸入錯誤的密碼累計3次造成的。系統自動將用戶賬號從“原所屬”組移動到“未授權”組，用戶賬號失去了訪問頁面的權限。
Solution解決方案
1、Re-download the HMI program, means fully reset the HMI, the locked account can back to normal.
重新下載人機界面程序，也就是說徹底重置人機界面，被鎖定的賬戶恢復正常。
2、Change the configuration in HMI program, cancel “limit for logon attempts” function, and download. The account locked issue will be never happen.
更改人機界面程序配置，取消“登錄次數限制”功能，并下載。帳戶鎖定問題將不再發生。
3、There is another simple way without download action to unlock the user account.
還有一個簡單的辦法，無需執行下載即可解鎖賬戶
Check the help document, logon with the account which belongs to “Administrator Group” can re-active the locked user account.
查詢幫助文檔，使用屬于“管理員”組的高權限賬戶登錄，可以重新激活被鎖定的賬戶，既將賬戶從“未授權”組移回“原所屬”組。
Note: Using this way must ensure the User Management Page with the “User view” object is available on the HMI.
注意：使用這種方法要確認人機界面中配有插入“User view”控件的用戶管理頁面。
